Guideline: Restricted & Banned

Here is a [growing] list of everything that is restricted or banned on SA. The reason why the things listed below are here is because they may bring about some unfairness in the RP. If you believe something should be reconsidered, please speak with the administrator and the matter will be discussed professionally. There will be constant changes to this list over time, so always check it to make sure you don't have an unauthorized jutsu, clan, etc.

Below is a list of all restricted clans. The reason why they are restricted may be because they have special abilities that are very powerful, or could cause problems if everyone wanted to be apart of a specific clan. They may not be your first choice for your character's clan, they may only be the choice of your second character. And, you must have... Admin's permission, a high quality application, and two Moderators approve the app.

• Uzumaki Clan: Limited to... {0/5}
  
• Yuki Clan: Limited to... {0/5}
  
• *Ōtsutsuki Clan: Limited to... {0/1}
  

I want to elaborate on the Ōtsutsuki Clan just a bit. The only time you will see multiple members of this clan, is in an arc or other special event. Only one member will be able to create a character who hails from this clan, but the conditions for the application will be much harsher than any other one. Another note to be taken is that, when you apply for this clan, your ninja will not be a full Ōtsutsuki, only half and there is no coming from the moon.




Below is a list of all kekkei genkai that are considered restricted. The Dōjutsu included can be taken from the original owner and transplanted into another's eye sockets should there be an opportunity. Dōjutsu cannot be taught to another person. The advanced elements, however, can be, which is a way to go around the limit. The nature release KKG can only be taught by another member, should they possess it. If there is a clan where any of the KKG originate, the limit number is the same.

• Dark Release: Limited to... {0/2}
  

I'm going to elaborate some more on the Tenseigan. It is the Dōjutsu of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, and can only be wielded by that clan member. The only time you will ever see another person use it, is an NPC in an arc or special event. For the person who will be able to use it, training to awaken it will be very harsh.




Below is a list of all techniques and weapons that are considered restricted. It is possible to be taught a technique in the list, or obtain a weapon by taking it from the original owner. 

• Rasengan: Prize only (Can be taught to another).
  
• Chidori/Lightning Cutter: Prize only (Can be taught to another).
  
• *Banshō Ten'in: Arc only (NPC only).
  
• *Shinra Tensei: Arc only (NPC only).
  
• Six Paths: All paths are limited to... {0/2}
  
• Sage Mode: Limited to... {0/3}
  
• *Resurrection Technique: Limited to... {0/3}
  
• Treasured Tools of the Sage of Six Paths: Of the five tools, one person may claim one tool through a harsh trial. No one may possess more than one Treasured Tool at any time.
  

I will elaborate on the specials listed above. Banshō Ten'in and Shinra Tensei are not available for any member to be used, but they will be seen in an upcoming arc for NPC characters. As for the resurrection technique, those can only be used only once on another member, not the user. The cost for that technique is the user's life, period. No exceptions.
